The rules that keep Talex trusted, professional, and fair.

By accessing or using Talex, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the platform only for lawful professional purposes related to hiring, recruitment, and career opportunities.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

• Provide accurate and current account information
• Do not share access with unauthorised people
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use

Candidates must ensure that profile details, CVs, portfolios, and application materials are truthful.

You are responsible for any information you submit and should only share material you have the right to use.

Employers and recruiters must use Talex professionally, lawfully, and in ways that respect candidate rights and confidentiality.

• Only post legitimate roles and opportunities
• Use candidate information solely for genuine hiring activity
• Do not misuse, scrape, resell, or redistribute candidate data

When an employer or recruiter adds a candidate to Talex — whether by creating a profile directly or submitting a resume — that candidate profile becomes part of Talex's shared candidate database and may be discoverable in search by other employers and recruiters using the platform's candidate matching and search tools, subject to their plan.

By submitting a candidate's information to Talex, you confirm that you have a lawful basis to do so (for example, an existing recruiting relationship with that person) and you acknowledge that their profile will be held and used on this basis, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Candidates sourced through a third-party enrichment integration (such as ZoomInfo) are the exception: those profiles remain private to the employer who sourced them and are not added to the shared database.

A candidate can review what Talex holds about them and request that their details be removed from active use at any time — see Your Rights in our Privacy Policy.

Talex may allow profiles, job posts, applications, notes, shortlists, and communication tools. Users remain responsible for the content they upload, submit, or share through these workflows.

We may moderate, remove, or restrict content or activity where necessary to protect users, maintain platform quality, or comply with legal obligations.

You may not use Talex to:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others
• Upload misleading, offensive, unlawful, or infringing content
• Attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineering, or service disruption
• Harvest personal data outside permitted platform use

The Talex platform, branding, software, layout, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Aventa Technologies Ltd unless stated otherwise.

Using the platform does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property or grant rights beyond normal permitted use of the service.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access where accounts violate these terms or create risk for the platform or its users.

We aim to keep Talex available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

Talex provides a platform for hiring interactions, but we do not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate suitability, employer actions, or the accuracy of all user-generated content.

To the extent permitted by law, Aventa Technologies Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Kingdom unless a different law is required by mandatory local rules.
