Candidate profile information and job application data may be shared with employers and recruiters through the platform where relevant to active recruitment activity.

A candidate profile added to Talex by an employer or recruiter — whether created directly or submitted with a resume — becomes part of Talex's shared candidate database. This means the profile may be discoverable by other employers and recruiters using Talex's candidate search and matching tools, not only the organisation that originally added it, so that a candidate can be considered for a wider range of relevant opportunities on the platform. Profiles sourced through a private third-party enrichment integration (such as ZoomInfo) are held separately and are not added to the shared database.

Users should provide accurate, professional, and lawful information only. Please avoid including sensitive personal data unless it is genuinely necessary for a hiring purpose.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

We retain information only as long as necessary to:

• Provide requested platform services
• Maintain account, profile, and application records
• Meet legal, security, and operational requirements

Data may be deleted on request, subject to applicable legal and operational constraints.

These providers process personal data only as needed to deliver their service and are expected to apply appropriate safeguards.
